 | Our Mission - To increase the
effectiveness of customer Information Systems through experienced
insight. |
Turnover, the explosion of diversity
among information sharing technologies, and rapid pace of change
within the computer industry’s client-server market segment make
it impossible for Information Systems departments to have all the
expertise they need to accomplish their mission contained in their
staff. As a result they must turn to outside services, particularly
in the network and systems areas. Due to constant cost pressure,
they cannot afford to size their staff large enough to handle large
projects, and look to outsiders for these needs as well. Smaller
organizations may not want to have information systems departments
at all. Certified Information Technology Consulting continues to
invest in re-education and development of their professional staff
to meet the needs of both large and small organizations. We plan to
grow into this expending market, but stay focused on the primary
mission of providing quality consulting services to customers.
Hardware and networking sales are provided primarily to our service
customers or to customers desiring an experienced integrator to take
overall responsibility of complex projects.

A Competitive Advantage
- The experience of our
certified consultants, and our commitment to
re-education are our competitive edge. All our consultants are
veterans, with more than 10 years of Information Technology experience. They are given
generous educational exposure to new technologies, which keeps them
on top of continuously changing technology.
The
Market -
Primarily small businesses, focused on manufacturing, health care,
government and education are the main focus based on the consultants’
individual experience in system management and network management
areas. The networking and PC hardware/software sales and service
businesses are much less focused in scope, however, and have a broad
appeal. Small customers may want us to "do it all" so they
only have one vendor to call, whereas larger customers tend to want
focus on system and network capacity or strategy, or large
implementation projects.
Sales
-
A dedicated sales force finds customers, whose technical staff
interact with the consultants to determine scope of work,
compatibility, and desired outcomes. Technical customer staff can
participate to the extent they desire, and then solutions can be
implemented by the method of the customer’s choice, either by
direct or stand-by support. Customers can use the sales force as
their primary point of contact, with easy access to technical
support as needed for post-sales support.
